Include the file format (e.g., JPEG, PDF, DOCX), how the file was created (device or application), what metadata was present, and what result you expected after cleaning. Screenshots of the metadata panel are especially helpful for parser issues.
Reporting a bug
If you encountered unexpected behavior, please describe: the file type, the steps you took, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. If possible, mention your browser name and version.
